jaya9 bat Platform Agreement

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and jaya9 bat ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jaya9 bat platform at jaya9-bat.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jaya9 bat platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your account via our customer support team at [email protected].

jaya9 bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by publishing a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of jaya9 bat following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current terms governing your use of the platform.

This Agreement is written in English and the English-language version shall govern in all circumstances. Any translation provided for convenience purposes carries no legal weight in the event of a dispute.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The jaya9 bat platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place any wager, or access any real-money gambling feature on jaya9 bat. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also meet all of the following eligibility conditions to use jaya9 bat:

• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is permitted under local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party or using funds that do not belong to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using this platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of jaya9 bat or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not a known problem gambler who has previously registered a self-exclusion request with jaya9 bat.

jaya9 bat employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the age and identity of registered players. We reserve the right to request identity documentation — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3 Account Registration

To access the real-money betting and casino features of jaya9 bat, you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and preferred contact number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. jaya9 bat shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account information current and accurate.

One Account Policy: Each individual player may register and maintain only one active account on the jaya9 bat platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jaya9 bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jaya9 bat account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify our customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. jaya9 bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Non-Transferability: Your jaya9 bat account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or gifted to any other person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jaya9 bat supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not apply hidden currency conversion fees at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jaya9 bat wallet within 30 seconds on a standard Bangladeshi mobile network. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to be reflected in your account balance depending on card issuer processing times. jaya9 bat does not apply a deposit processing fee.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. Players who have not completed the KYC process may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds until verification is satisfied. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are typically processed within 15 to 90 minutes during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other local bank accounts are typically processed within one business day.

Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that you have previously used to make a deposit on your jaya9 bat account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• jaya9 bat reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals associated with bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements of the relevant promotion before they can be processed.
• jaya9 bat reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to any withdrawal request without providing a specific reason, where such checks are required by our internal risk or compliance framework.
• In the event of a technical error or processing failure, jaya9 bat will use reasonable endeavours to resolve the issue within two business days and will communicate with the affected player via their registered email address.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jaya9 bat offers a range of promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are published in full at the point of offer and form an integral part of this Agreement.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a jaya9 bat account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement means the total amount you must wager using the bonus funds (and in some cases the deposited amount) before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts only. jaya9 bat reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering completion process.
• jaya9 bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is already active on a player's account, jaya9 bat will provide reasonable notice before making material changes to its conditions.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, collusion, systematic betting patterns, or any other method deemed abusive by jaya9 bat's risk team may result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, or the IPL are time-limited and subject to their own specific promotional terms.

6 User Obligations

As a registered user of jaya9 bat, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in strict accordance with this Agreement. You further agree to the following obligations:

• Accurate Information: You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and at any subsequent point where information is requested by the platform, including during KYC verification.
• No Fraudulent Activity: You will not engage in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, payment fraud, identity fraud, or any form of financial manipulation targeting the jaya9 bat platform or its players.
• No Collusion: You will not collude with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on jaya9 bat.
• No Automated Software: You will not use bots, scripts, automated software, screen-scraping tools, or any other automated means to interact with the jaya9 bat platform. All betting and gaming activity must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• No Money Laundering: You will not use jaya9 bat for the purposes of money laundering or any other financial crime. All funds deposited on jaya9 bat must originate from a legal source. jaya9 bat complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.
• Responsible Conduct: You will not engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards jaya9 bat staff, customer support agents, or other players. Violations of this obligation may result in immediate account suspension.
• Personal Use Only: You will use jaya9 bat solely for your own personal entertainment. You will not accept wagers from or on behalf of other individuals. You will not use your account for any commercial purpose.

jaya9 bat actively monitors platform activity for signs of fraud, collusion, and terms violations. Where a violation is identified, we reserve the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant legal authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

jaya9 bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or identity fraud.
• Collusion, use of automated software, or any form of unfair advantage.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a player's card issuer or mobile money provider.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder has registered a self-exclusion request with jaya9 bat under a different account or contact detail.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may request the closure of your jaya9 bat account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any verified pending withdrawals will be processed to your designated payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Responsible Gaming Closure: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling or the need for a cooling-off period — please contact our support team immediately. Responsible gaming account closures take effect within one hour of your verified request and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaya9 bat, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jaya9 bat platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from connection interruptions, technical faults, or platform downtime beyond jaya9 bat's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.
• Losses resulting from account access by an unauthorised third party where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any interruption to the availability of a game, market, or payment service caused by a third-party provider, including game studios, payment processors, or telecommunications infrastructure.

jaya9 bat's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited on the platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price being displayed, an incorrect payout being credited, or any other manifest system error, jaya9 bat reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to your account balance. jaya9 bat will not be liable for any losses you may have incurred based on acting on an erroneous display.

Third-Party Services: jaya9 bat integrates services from third-party providers, including game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Netent, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe), payment processors, and data feed providers. jaya9 bat does not accept liability for the performance, availability, or output of these third-party services beyond what is required of us under applicable consumer protection law.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jaya9 bat and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your use of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
